In the meantime, this site will remain up and we’ll collect some of our favorite vegan recipes to share with you.
A bit about Maria:
Maria’s path to creating this website has been a long one, as had been her journey as a vegetarian. She fell off the wagon quite a few times and realized along the way: she should just go ahead and commit to what she already wanted to do: be vegan.
Maria grew up in a country where being vegan (or vegetarian) was basically impossible. Almost everything was made with animal products. Coming to the USA has been eye-opening. Here there are not only versions of everything you could want in vegan form but lots of fresh ingredients and so many nice vegetables.
Maria has started her own little vegan garden and hopes that this site can become an extension where she can not just share my vegan recipes or teach you how to make chocolate chip cookies, but learn from you as well.
